The adjunct faculty member will teach courses in American Sign Language and/or Deaf Culture to students within the Department of Literature and Language. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality instruction in a post-secondary setting on a semester-by-semester basis.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in ASL, Deaf Culture, or a closely related field, or possesses at least 18 graduate credit hours in a relevant discipline. Previous experience teaching American Sign Language at the post-secondary level is required.
