Direct Support Professional I - HBTS

Workers provide specialized intensive direct support services for children with disabilities, including direct behavioral therapy and training to parents and families. Responsibilities also involve promoting person-Centered service delivery and assisting children with self-Care and teaching social and safety skills.

Applicants must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with children or adults in health care, education, or recreation settings. An associate's or bachelor's degree in an appropriate field may substitute for the experience requirement, and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
