EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR (Ages 18 Months–5 Years) Temple Shalom Nursery School (TSNS)

Qualifications
Experience in early childhood education (ECE) preferred Knowledge of play-based or Reggio-inspired approaches a plus Comfort working outdoors in all weather Strong communication and teamwork skills Jewish knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $24–$29/hour, based on experience Paid school breaks (December, February, April) Paid Jewish holidays Summer schedule: 8-week program + August break Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities WHY TSNS?
