Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba is responsible for developing and monitoring child-Specific behavior plans based on aba principles and providing supervision to rbts. They must also conduct assessments, facilitate parent training, and ensure clinical integrity through regular data reviews and team meetings.

Candidates must hold a bcba certification and a master's degree in a related field such as psychology or special education. Strong analytical skills and the physical ability to interact with clients in a clinical setting are required.
