Mentor Specialist- Guiding Stars

The mentor specialist is responsible for overseeing the matching process between mentors and mentees to foster successful relationships. They also provide ongoing support, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records to ensure program effectiveness.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least one year of experience working with children and families. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to pass comprehensive background checks are required.
