Lead Registered Behavior Technician

The lead registered behavior technician provides coaching and mentorship to fellow behavior technicians while assisting in the design of new hire training. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a client caseload and delivering direct aba therapy services as directed by a bcba.

Candidates must hold a registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have at least one year of experience in the field of aba. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
