VPK Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional assists teachers with instructional activities, small group support, and the preparation of classroom materials. They also help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment while reinforcing positive behavior systems.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. The role requires successful completion of a level 2 background screening and alignment with the organization's mission.
