Core responsibilities
Provide culturally resonant and trauma-Informed support to youth and families involved in the foster care system using personal lived experience. Act as an advocate in child and family team meetings and maintain accurate case records while meeting productivity expectations.
Requirements summary
Requires a high school diploma or ged and a valid california driver's license with a good driving record. Candidates must be eligible for the ca medi-Cal peer support specialist certification and possess lived experience with behavioral health or child welfare systems.
