Digital Health Navigator

The digital health navigator provides culturally appropriate support to patients to improve access to virtual care and contributes to state-Wide capacity building through training and technical assistance. They also develop health education materials and systems to encourage patient engagement and health behavior change.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of relevant experience, including one year working with underserved populations. A certification as a traditional healthcare worker is required, and proficiency in spanish is preferred.
