The Behavior Technician provides behavioral services to individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing intervention plans and collecting data. They also assist classroom staff with crisis intervention and provide guidance on behavior management strategies.
The position requires a high school diploma with three years of experience in human services, or an associate's degree with one year of experience. Candidates must maintain certifications in Ukeru, CPR, and First Aid.
Monday - Friday 7: 30am-2:30pm
$18.70 per hour - $18.70 per hour

The Behavior Technician is a professional support position.
The Behavior Technician provides behavioral services to individuals with severe developmental and cognitive disabilities, their families, and the staff who serve them. The Behavior Technician collaborates with the Behavior Department, classroom staff and therapists to implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments; assists in training staff on how to implement the behavior plan, and is responsible for data collection and data entry procedures.
Reporting relationship: Reports to assigned Behavior Consultant
Education & training
Associate’s Degree and 1 year of experience or a combination or education and experience.
High School Diploma and 3 years of experience in Human Services.
Must maintain certification in Ukeru
Must maintain certification in CPR and First Aid
