Community Health Worker Trainee

The community health worker trainee will participate in an 8-Week training program while gaining on-The-Job experience in clinical departments. They are responsible for supporting departmental needs, maintaining professional standards, and assisting patients with complex or chronic conditions.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. And hold a bls certification at the time of hire. Strong problem-Solving and communication skills are required, with bilingual proficiency in spanish preferred.
