The career coach provides high-Quality career counseling to immigrants and refugees to help them secure employment, training, and career advancement. They are responsible for managing a client caseload, developing job leads, and maintaining collaborative partnerships with community organizations and employers.

Candidates must have an associate degree in human services, business administration, or a related field. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in workforce development or coaching, with a strong preference for experience working with individuals facing employment barriers.
