Goal Based Coach

The career coach creates individualized goal plans to help clients achieve financial independence through education, job training, and employment. They provide 1:1 coaching and facilitate small group workshops while maintaining accurate records and meeting program dashboard indicators.

Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in mentoring, advising, or career coaching and possess strong communication and organizational skills. An associate degree in a related field or 3 years of relevant experience is required.
