College & Career Readiness Specialist (Excel Center)

The college and career readiness specialist will build relationships and programs to ensure students graduate with a realistic career plan connected to postsecondary employment or education. They will provide direct advising, case management, and coordinate with industry partners to facilitate internships and career pathways.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, along with at least two years of experience in secondary or higher education, career counseling, or workforce development. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, knowledge of career theories, and experience with the college admissions process.
