Job description

The CSCT Behavior Specialist is a full time, non-exempt, position that is a member of a three person CSCT team, including two CSCT Behavior Specialists that are led by a CSCT Therapist. Services are provided primarily in the school setting throughout the year. The CSCT team provides an array of services focused on improving youth's functional level, by facilitating the development of skills related to exhibiting appropriate behaviors in the school and community settings.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

Applicants must meet our state licensing requirement minimum age of 21 at the time of hire along with these basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of relevant experience working with youth and/or in a school setting. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license Generally working Monday - Friday in the school setting, with some evening and weekend hours. Ability to be an outgoing team player who can work collaboratively and personably with other staff Ability to lift 50 lbs as needed Ability to climb stairs as needed
