Seasonal Swim Coach

The swim coach will lead competitive and recreational swim teams by planning daily practices, organizing meets, and managing team activities. They are also responsible for mentoring assistant coaches, ensuring swimmer safety, and maintaining effective communication with club members and staff.

Candidates must have prior experience coaching youth or competitive swim programs and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. A current cpr/Aed and lifeguard certification is required, or must be obtained prior to the start date.
