Special Education Teacher – Behavior Support (50%)

The teacher coordinates and provides direct instructional programs for special education students, including the development and implementation of individual education programs (Ieps). They also monitor student behavior, implement instructional strategies, and collaborate with the school team to ensure student progress and safety.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a north carolina professional educator’s license in an exceptional children’s teaching area. Additionally, they must possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and demonstrate knowledge of instructional practices and federal/State special education policies.
