Education Coach

The education coach is responsible for monitoring classroom environments, ensuring child safety, and providing ongoing coaching to teaching staff to promote healthy development. They must also implement curricula, conduct child assessments, and facilitate parent engagement in program services.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree in early childhood education and possess experience working with children with disabilities. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
