Family Specialist

The family specialist is responsible for managing participant eligibility, enrollment, and attendance while providing intensive case management and support services to families. They will conduct home visits, develop family service plans, and coordinate community resources to ensure program compliance and family well-Being.

Candidates must possess a certificate in social work, human services, or counseling, or a high school diploma with the ability to obtain a certificate within 18 months. Experience working with diverse, low-Income families and knowledge of head start regulations are required.
