Early Head Start Floater

The early head start floater is responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of children while assisting teachers with classroom activities and curriculum implementation. They also support developmental screenings, assessments, and maintain an organized, healthy learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and obtain a child development associate (Cda) credential within six months of employment. Previous early childcare experience is preferred, and the ability to communicate in both english and spanish is highly desirable.
