Registered Behavior Technician-1

The registered behavior technician provides direct client care by implementing applied behavior analysis protocols under the supervision of a bcba. They are also responsible for collecting behavior data, monitoring treatment progress, and communicating case-Related activities to the supervisory team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field being highly preferred. Applicants are required to obtain rbt certification, bls certification, and complete the marcus crisis prevention program within specified timeframes after hire.
