RMG Clinic Referral Navigator

The clinic referral navigator coordinates patient referrals, manages insurance authorizations, and facilitates communication between providers and patients. Additionally, the role supports student health compliance and processes medically related excused absences for the university.

Candidates must hold a medical assistant or licensed practical nurse certification or equivalent healthcare training. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting with proficiency in electronic health records is required.
