Paraprofessional, 1:1 elementary special education - 2nd grade

Provides individualized academic, behavioral, and daily living support to elementary students with disabilities as outlined in their ieps. Collaborates with special education teachers to monitor classroom activities, collect data, and implement behavior intervention plans.

Requires completion of district-Approved training in de-Escalation and physical restraint, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and personal hygiene assistance. Candidates must reside in colorado and meet specific paraprofessional qualification standards.
