Senior Training and Development Associate

The associate will plan, organize, and facilitate comprehensive training programs for employees using various instructional techniques. They are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness while maintaining accurate attendance and program records.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a human services field and possess at least three years of experience in the human or social services sector. Strong proficiency in microsoft office and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
