The Home Visitor provides weekly home visits to support early childhood development and foster secure parent-child relationships. They collaborate with families to implement curriculum and empower parents as their child's primary educator.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a CDA with a Home Base extension, with an AA or BA in Early Childhood, Human Services, or Psychology preferred. Experience in early childhood education, prenatal care, or community health is required, and the role must be performed on-site.
