Job description

  • The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a part-time (28 hours per week) Vocational Training Aide to work out of the Center for Industrial Training (CIT) facility in Mechanicsburg.
  • CIT is a community-based program whose primary mission is to serve the needs of individuals with vocational challenges.
  • CIT provides lucrative training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other vocational challenges.
  • The Vocational Training Aide is responsible for implementing a meaningful daily work and activity program serving as a one to one aide for a specific individual.
  • This team member will support this individual in their home and at their job site.
  • Part-time (28 hours per week) starting at $15.83 per hour.
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm.
