Provide supervision and instruction to program participants to maximize their community involvement and interaction. Coordinate recreation and training programs while conducting needs assessments and reporting progress.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid PA driver's license. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred, along with the physical ability to care for participants.
Full-time position starting at $16.26 per hour. No weekends, or overtime. CPARC offers an excellent benefit package to include health, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement,15 days of paid time off during the first year of employment and paid training.
