Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant guide is responsible for creating a nurturing, montessori-Aligned environment that supports the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants. They will observe each child's natural rhythms, maintain an orderly classroom, and partner with families to foster independence and confidence.

Candidates should have experience working with children ages 0-3 in a group setting and an interest in pursuing montessori certification. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with a strong alignment with child-Led educational philosophies.
