Lead Toddler Teacher

The lead toddler guide is responsible for creating a calm, purposeful montessori environment that fosters independence and curiosity in children. They will observe each child's development, provide individualized lessons, and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom while collaborating with families and team members.

Candidates must have experience working with children ages 0-3 and possess ece or child development credits. A bachelor's degree in a child-Related field is required, along with an interest in obtaining or holding a montessori diploma.
