The Lead Children's House Guide is responsible for leading a mixed-age preschool classroom by preparing an environment that fosters independence and curiosity. They will provide individualized lessons and observe children to support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and possess or be willing to obtain a Montessori diploma for ages 3-6. Experience working with children in a group learning environment and relevant ECE or Child Development credits are required.
