Description Mental Health Specialist – Cultural Faith-Based Empowerment Program Envision Unlimited | Chicagoland & Central IL Envision Unlimited is seeking a Mental Health Specialist to deliver mental health education and support to faith-based and community populations. This role focuses on outreach, training, and connecting individuals to behavioral health and community resources.
Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health screenings and needs assessments Connect individuals to services (housing, treatment, benefits, etc.) Provide education to faith-based organizations and community groups Support outreach events (some evenings/weekends required) Track program data and complete documentation Partner with providers to ensure continuity of care Envision Unlimited is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
