The Assistant Guide supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom by observing children's needs and preparing an orderly, engaging learning environment. They collaborate with Lead Guides to facilitate small-group activities and foster positive relationships with families.
Candidates should have experience working with children in a school or childcare setting and a genuine passion for early childhood education. A positive, collaborative mindset and an interest in the Montessori approach are essential.
