We have immediate openings for Registered Behavior Technicians at our Utica clinic. Whether you're just starting your career or exploring opportunities in psychology, education, occupational therapy, speech/language pathology, physical therapy, or human services, this is an incredible entry point into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Position Availability
We currently have part-time positions available ranging from 20–25 hours per week, as well as 10–15 hours per week, depending on availability and fit. $5,000 Retention Bonus payable upon one full year of employment!!
Compensation & Career Path
- $20/hour starting pay for candidates without current RBT certification Nationally recognized
- RBT training provided at no cost
- Upon certification, candidates may: Remain part-time and receive a pay increase to $24/hour, or Transition to a full-time, salaried position (30-hour work week) earning $34,000 annually

- You’ll Do: As a Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism to support growth in communication, social skills, and behavior. Most services are provided in our clinic, but opportunities may also be available in home, school, and community settings. RBTs receive comprehensive supervision to ensure they’re developing strong ABA skills and delivering high-quality care.
