Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum while ensuring the safety and well-Being of all students. They will also monitor and document student progress while fostering a positive and harmonious learning environment.

Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor degree in early childhood education strongly preferred. Previous experience working with children is highly valued, though the primary requirement is a passion for early childhood education.
