Lifeguard II

The lifeguard ii assists the aquatic director by supervising the pool area, coordinating lifeguard rotations, and providing real-Time feedback to staff. They also serve as a first-Level contact for incident documentation and support pool maintenance tasks like chemistry management.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of lifeguarding experience and current ymca lifeguard, cpr, aed, and first aid certifications. The role requires the physical ability to perform all lifeguard skills and the capacity to observe and respond to distress signals in an aquatic environment.
