- We are currently seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our team and play a key role in shaping a learning environment designed with intention, support, and impact at its core.

- As a Prep 360 teacher, you will lead a classroom where: Education and clinical support work hand-in-hand Each child receives individualized support, including a dedicated Behavior Technician A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) partners with you to support learning and behavior strategies Small class sizes allow for meaningful, focused instruction Students (ages 3–6) are prepared for successful transitions into more traditional school settings You are not working in isolation — you are part of a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team, with the tools and support to do your best work.
- What You’ll Do Lead a structured, engaging preschool classroom focused on early learning and development Implement a research-based curriculum while adapting to individual learner needs Create a safe, consistent, and nurturing classroom environment Establish routines that balance instruction, play, and developmental growth Collaborate closely with BCBAs, therapists, and support staff to align on student goals Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and development Take ownership of your classroom, treating it as your own What We’re Looking For Experience in early childhood education, preschool teaching, or a related field A genuine interest in working with children with autism and diverse learning needs Strong classroom leadership and the ability to guide support staff effectively A proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with families and team members A patient, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range
