Counselor

The counselor works collaboratively with teachers to support student social-Emotional learning and academic development. They provide preventive services, respond to student crises, and facilitate communication between the school and families.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in school counseling and possess a valid north carolina professional educator’s license. A minimum of five years of counseling experience in a public-School environment is required.
