Behavior technician- Freehold

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, maintaining accurate data, and following behavior intervention protocols.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for degrees in psychology or education. Applicants should be prepared to pass background checks and possess the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and sitting on the floor.
