Behavior technician- Paterson

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, maintaining accurate data, and following behavior intervention protocols.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for those with an associate's or bachelor's degree. Rbt certification is preferred, and applicants must be able to pass background checks and travel to client locations.
