About the role

The Montessori Guide is responsible for implementing the Montessori curriculum and facilitating engaging, interactive learning experiences for children. They must also maintain licensing standards, observe and assess child development, and communicate effectively with families.

Leading a classroom takes a special kind of skill. Montessori Certified Guides have been uniquely trained to deliver an authentic Montessori experience, encouraging children to be innovative and independent.

  • Gaining
  • Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.

We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have

Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).

Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.

Met state requirements for education; additional school requirements may apply.

Requirements
