The Assistant Teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and maintaining a safe, positive learning environment for children. They must also communicate effectively with parents and team members while documenting child progress using technology.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and at least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families are also required.

This role interacts daily with children, parents, management, and teaching staff to support a collaborative and positive learning environment.
The Hourly pay rate range for this position is $17.79 to $19.21 hourly. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
