Education & Employment Service Specialist

The specialist provides individual education and employment counseling to youth at risk of dropping out, advocating for them within the public school system. They also collaborate with treatment teams and families to ensure students reach their academic potential and access necessary employment resources.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess experience in youth or child welfare, preferably with knowledge of the nyc department of education system. Strong written and oral communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage educational data and documentation.
