Job Coach for Individuals with Disabilities - Staten Island

Manage a caseload of 10-15 clients by providing on-Site training, support, and modeling to help individuals with disabilities succeed in their jobs. Document client progress through detailed service notes after each session.

Requires a high school diploma or ged and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, or weekends. One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or as a direct support professional is preferred.
