Mentor

Mentors provide home-Based services to youth and families to address problematic behaviors, improve communication, and ensure safety. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, conducting assessments, and collaborating with community providers to support treatment goals.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, or education and possess at least two years of relevant experience in child welfare or social services. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills are required, along with the ability to perform home visits and safety assessments.
