Preschool Lead Teacher - HIckory

The preschool lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum while ensuring the safety and welfare of children in the classroom. They also provide mentoring to assistant teachers and maintain regular communication with parents regarding developmental progress.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of college education, preferably in early childhood education. A minimum of 3 years of previous childcare experience is required for this role.
