The Lead Teacher is responsible for developing interactive learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers to promote child growth. They also manage classroom operations and build strong relationships with families to support center success.
Candidates must have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. They must also be able to meet state and company requirements for education and childcare standards.
