Habilitation Counselor

The habilitation counselor provides direct supervision and therapeutic support to youth with complex behavioral and emotional disorders. They are responsible for teaching daily living skills, documenting progress, and ensuring a safe, positive environment for all residents.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and hold a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation counseling or a related field. Applicants must also be able to attend a mandatory 2-Week in-Person orientation in rutland, ma.
