Registered Behavior Technician RBT

Registered behavior technicians provide home-Based aba therapy to children with autism by teaching essential communication and social skills through play. They are responsible for conducting sessions in the child's natural environment while maintaining consistent progress documentation.

Candidates must hold an active rbt certification and a minimum of a high school diploma. The role requires a valid driver's license, personal vehicle with insurance, and the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting 50 lbs and assuming various postures.
