Instructor Floater

The instructor floater provides direct instruction and supervision to adults with intellectual disabilities across multiple teams. They are responsible for implementing positive behavioral programs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a safe, organized environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid california driver's license with a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, complete cpr/First aid certification, and demonstrate proficiency in crisis intervention techniques.
