Instructor II

The instructor ii is responsible for providing quality instruction and supervision to adults with intellectual disabilities, challenging behaviors, and/Or dual diagnoses, while implementing the company's positive behavioral program. Daily duties include providing direct individual and group instruction, maintaining a safe environment, and accurately collecting and tabulating pertinent data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain a valid california driver’s license with appropriate insurance and driving record. Essential requirements include the physical and mental fitness to work with potentially dangerous participants and the capacity to complete required training such as cpr, first aid, and non-Violent crisis intervention.
